Become a Presenter
Here are the policies for presenting companies at both the U.S. Finance Industry Conference and the European Finance Industry Conference. Consumer and Commercial Finance Companies must be a current member of AFSA to participate as a Presenter. - Return the Presenter Commitment Form by March 1, 2008.
- Invoices will be mailed upon receipt of the Presenter Commitment Form.
Payment of the European conference fee is due by March 15, 2008.
Payment of the US conference fee is due by April 15, 2008.
No refunds will be issued.
- Presenting companies whose CEO is in attendance will have some consideration in time slot preference.
- Giveaways and outside entertaining are not permitted.
- Each presenter will:
- Provide handouts for workshops and the Industry Library Resource Centre.
- Present one workshop in Boston and present one workshop in Amsterdam.
There will be one 35-minute presentation and time slots for small group discussions with investors.
- Host at least one table at the breakfast and lunch events. There is a two table maximum at each event, and a company representative must be present at each table.
- Host small group discussions at the European Conference and US Conference.
- Receive (2) complimentary registrations for designated company representatives and (1) complimentary, non-transferable registration for the CEO. Additional company representatives may register at the lowest fee.
- Presenting companies that cancel workshops prior to the conference will continue to be listed as a finance company supporting the conference, but not as a presenter (unless otherwise advised). These companies can still participate in the hosted tables at breakfasts and luncheons and receive complimentary registrations.
- AFSA reserves the right to schedule or reschedule any presenting company workshop as needed.
